This policy is important to you, who wish to have a positive and confident experience of our services. It is also important to us in order to meet your expectations and take your wishes into account. For us, AXES Conseil, it is essential to ensure the confidentiality and respect of your personal data (hereinafter your "Data").

In order to enable you to browse the web and mobile versions of the www.axes.fr website with confidence, and in our capacity as Data Controller, we explain how we process your Data, so that we can provide you with new services on a daily basis, while respecting your rights. We protect your privacy by ensuring the protection, confidentiality, non-alteration, availability and security of the Data you entrust to us on all our communication channels.

We take all necessary measures to (i) provide you with clear and transparent information on how your Data will be processed, (ii) put in place all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your Data against disclosure, loss, alteration or access by unauthorized third parties, (iii) keep your Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the specific processing and (iv) offer you at all times the possibility of accessing and modifying your Data that we process directly via your personal areas on the AXES Conseil website.

To achieve these objectives, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that processing complies with applicable Data protection law. In this respect, AXES Conseil hereby undertakes to comply with the essential principles of the General European Regulation and French law on the protection of personal data, by informing you (i) of the existence and methods of the Data processing that it implements (paragraph 3), (ii) of your rights concerning your Data and by effectively implementing the operations that the exercise of these rights implies (paragraphs 6 and 10), (iii) of the existence of possible transfers to a third country and transfers to recipients (paragraphs 4 and 8) , (iv) of the period of conservation of the Data collected and of the Data security measures.

3. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?

3.1 When do we collect your personal data ?

We may collect your Data when (i) you visit the AXES Conseil Site, which uses cookies.

We process your Data in order to (i) offer you the most fluid and relevant browsing experience possible on the AXES Conseil Site.

3.2. Processing no. 1: Browsing the AXES Conseil Site

We process your Data in order to enable you to browse the AXES Conseil Site. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

3.3. Processing no. 2: Processing your contact requests

We process your Data in order to process your contact requests. The sub-purposes of this processing are (i) the management of customer relations (CRM) and after-sales service (SAV), (ii) the management of customer relations via social networks, (iii) the management of marketing/sales prospecting actions relating to the use of the AXES Conseil Site. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract between you and us. Concerning the management of product recalls, the legal basis for processing is AXES Conseil's legal obligation. With regard to marketing/sales prospecting activities, the legal basis for processing is, as the case may be, your consent or our legitimate interest.

4. WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA ?

Various internal departments of AXES Conseil may have access to your Data.

We do not share your Data with third parties (other than AXES Conseil's internal departments involved in processing) except in the following specific circumstances.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA ?

Your Data is collected by AXES Conseil for the time necessary to carry out the processing operations referred to in paragraph 3 of this document.

The main categories of Data collected by AXES Conseil are kept for the following periods.

For prospects, the Data is kept in current archives (i.e. accessible in a current manner by the AXES Conseil departments concerned) for 3 years from the date of the prospect's last contact. No intermediate archiving (i.e. data which is still of administrative interest to the relevant departments, for example in the event of litigation, and for which the retention periods are set by the applicable statute of limitations) is carried out for this Data.

For customers, Data is kept in current archives for 5 years from the end of the commercial relationship, and in intermediate archives for 5 years from the end of current archive storage.

6. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS ?

You have the right to request access to and rectification of your Data. You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your Data. It is important to note that this right only applies if (i) you dispute the accuracy of your Data for the period of time necessary for us to verififier its accuracy, (ii) you consider that we are processing your Data unlawfully and you require a limitation of its use rather than erasure, (iii) we no longer need your Data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, but it is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of your legal rights, (iv) if you exercise your right to object during the vérification period as to whether the legitimate reasons we are pursuing prevail over yours.

You have the right to request the deletion of your Data. In the event of a request for deletion of your Data, AXES Conseil may nevertheless retain it in the form of intermediate archiving, for the period necessary to satisfy its legal, accounting and tax obligations.

You have the right to ask to exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes. If you are concerned by email prospecting, you can also modify or unsubscribe from newsletters (i) by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" hypertext links present in each newsletter.

You have the right to formulate specific and general post-mortem directives concerning the retention, deletion and communication of your Data. In the absence of such instructions, your heirs may contact AXES Conseil in order to (i) gain access to the processing of your Data for the purpose of "organizing and settling the estate of the deceased" and/or (ii) close your Account on the Site and/or oppose the continued processing of your Data. In any event, you may inform us at any time that you do not wish your Data to be communicated to a third party in the event of your death.

You have the right to exercise your right to portability.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing on this legal basis. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

You may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL : www.cnil.fr).

We will send you a reply within one (1) month of receipt of your request.

This section is dedicated to our cookie management policy on our site.

9. REVISION AND UPDATING OF THE POLICY

This policy will be updated as necessary to meet the requirements of the applicable Data Protection regulations. It will be reviewed at least every three (3) years.
